In Throat of the World, Rumarin and Mehra get new clothes and armor while visiting Whiterun. Rumarin also gives up his war paint in chapter 6, though in typical Rumarin fashion he doesn’t explain why.

Notes:

• Rumarin’s armor is from the Knightranger Archers Armor mod.
• Mehra’s armor is from zzjay’s Wardrobe mod (texture and normal map edited so it looks newer).
• Rumarin is a character from the Interesting NPCs mod.
